How do I make a complaint about Clearpay?

If you’d like to make a complaint, please submit a form here. Please provide us with as much detail as possible so that we can start working on resolving the matter for you.

1. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days2. We aim to resolve all complaints within 21 days

Additional documentation:

We may request additional documentation from you to assist in resolving any complaints or disputes. You must provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate dispute resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 21 days, we will advise this in writing and provide a reason as well as an expected resolution time frame.

Not satisfied with the outcome?

If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may escalate the complaint by emailing [email protected] or alternatively, in writing to:
