Via the app:
After logging in to your app, tap on 'My Clearpay' in the bottom right of your screen.
Tap on 'Orders' and select the order you want to change the payment method for.
The card linked to the order can be viewed below the payment schedule. Tap 'Change' next to the card.
Select or add the new payment method.
Tap 'Confirm'. All done!
Via the Clearpay website:
After logging in to your account via the Clearpay website, click the 'Orders' option in the upper left of your screen (or click the 3 lines in the upper left then 'Orders' if on a mobile device).
Select the order you want to change the payment method for.
The card linked to the order can be viewed below the order summary under the 'Payment method used' heading. Click 'Change' next to the card.
Select or add the new payment method.
Click 'Update payment method'. All done!
