How can we help?

Does Clearpay have an automatic payment system?

To make it easy for you to stick to your Clearpay payment Plan, Clearpay will automatically debit instalments from your preferred card on the due date. We will always send you reminders before an instalment is due, so you just need to make sure that there is enough money in your account for that instalment - we will do the rest!

You can also choose to pay the total owing balance on your account, or a custom amount in one transaction at any time, click here to see how.

What happens if an automated  debit instalment declines?

If a payment declines when we attempt to debit it, we'll try and collect your payment from any other cards you may have on your account. We’ll also send you an SMS and an email letting you know that your payment has declined.

To make an overdue payment, you can log in to the Clearpay app or website and make a manual payment - see how here.

If your payment remains unpaid, you will be charged a late fee. If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the support options available to you.
