To change your email address, follow these steps below:

Via the App:

1. Log in to your account

2. Select the “My Clearpay” tab in the bottom right corner

3. Scroll down and select “Profile details” under the “Account settings” heading

4. Select the email address field and enter in your new email address

5. Enter in the verification codes that are sent to your new email address/ phone number. All done!

Via the Clearpay website:

1. Log in to your account

2. Click the “account” tab in the top right hand side of the page

3. Under the profile tab, click the “edit” button next to your old email address

4. Enter in the verification codes that are sent to your new email address/ phone number.

5. Re-log in using your new email address and current password. All done!
