Your spend limit is the maximum amount you've been approved to spend with Clearpay. This amount may increase or decrease over time based on your account activity, your affordability information and the information contained within your credit report
Estimated available to spend is the amount you can spend under your spend limit using your Clearpay account, which you can view in the Clearpay app and website. It takes into account your spend limit and spend cap settings alongside any open order amounts and unpaid late fees. This amount is estimated and is not guaranteed.
Spend cap is an app-only feature that will allow you to cap your spending below your maximum spend limit, with a minimum of £100. It can be applied, updated or turned off by you at any time. Click here to learn more about the spend cap feature.
Whether you’re a new customer or have been with us for a while, we will regularly assess that your spend limit is appropriate for you. A variety of factors are taken into consideration, including your on-time payment history and how long you have been using Clearpay.
